All Cellix standard products are supplied with a 12 month warranty including parts and labour. Consumables and reagents are supplied with a 6 month warranty.
In addition to our standard Warranty, Cellix offers an extended warranty on our hardware products (includes Inish range, microfluidic pumps and VenaFlux range of products). The extended warranty includes parts and labour and is available as a 2 or 3 year package. The extended warranty does not include any preventative maintenance or annual servicing. Extended warranties are available for purchase with the product or after product purchase but before the standard warranty expires.

SERVICING & SERVICE CONTRACTS
Cellix provides an annual service contract on our Inish SIMs, VenaFlux Pro and VenaFlux Elite products.

Service Contract for Inish SIMs
Servicing of Inish SIMs is via product return
To book a service of your Inish SIM, please complete a Product Return Form. Cellix will issue you with a Return Product Authorization (RPA) Number. This RPA Number must be quoted on all correspondence and packaging. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to/from Cellix for returned goods.
Servicing of VenaFlux Pro & VenaFlux Elite is on-site at customer's premises
Travel costs for annual service are included. If additional visits are required, travel costs will be billed at cost.

REPAIR & SERVICING
If you're experiencing an issue with one of our products, please contact our technical support team here. In the majority of cases, most issues can be resolved remotely. So, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can assess the situation.
In the unlikely event that your product requires repair or you would simply like your product serviced to ensure it is in good working order, we're here to help.
Servicing of the following products takes place at Cellix's premises:
Inish main module or Inish SIM
All microfluidic pumps
Small accessory items (e.g. flow sensor or microenvironmental chamber)
Following contact with our technical team, you will be advised to complete a Product Return Form. Cellix will issue you with a Return Product Authorization (RPA) Number. This RPA Number must be quoted on all correspondence and packaging. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to/from Cellix for returned goods.

Repairs & servicing does not include spare parts. The majority of repair and servicing require only minor spare parts in the range of €50-€400. If spare parts exceed €400, we will contact you with pricing to get your full approval before proceeding.
