Servicing of Inish SIMs is via product return
To book a service of your Inish SIM, please complete a Product Return Form. Cellix will issue you with a Return Product Authorization (RPA) Number. This RPA Number must be quoted on all correspondence and packaging. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to/from Cellix for returned goods.
Servicing of VenaFlux Pro & VenaFlux Elite is on-site at customer's premises:

Not included:
Service contracts do not include spare parts.
